A process to automatically extend the validity of the contract on the same terms and for the period that was determined by the parties was implemented.
How does it work?
The system calculates the period between the expiration date and the contract’s start date and automatically updates the “Validity Date” based on the specified period.

Why is it useful?
Automatic detection of a new term allows you to avoid problems with additional control over the validity of contracts, timely notification of the contract expiration and its removal from the system.
Completion of validity and closure of the card of the main/indefinite contract if there is an additional agreement
What was done?
Automatic termination of the main or indefinite contract after the additional agreement card has been approved has been implemented.
How does it work?
After approving an additional agreement with the specified reason and the date of termination of the main/indefinite contract, the system automatically terminates the main contract and closes the corresponding card.

Why is it useful?
This will simplify and automate contract management processes and help reduce the number of unnecessary actions for users.
Process templates for different currencies
What was done?
The ability to create process templates for different currencies was added.
How does it work?
An administrator can add a range for multiple currencies in one process template.

The system supports an unlimited number of templates for different types of documents.
